There is No charge to Browse, Bid or Buy
records
on Soulbid.
However, you Do pay to List & Sell records in the following manner :-
Insertion & Closing Fees
Insertion Fees
A 10p insertion Fee is charged to list your record on Soulbid, by Registering and then
using
the Account Login , an account
is automatically opened for you with enough credit
to post 5 Records ... Free of Charge.
If your record receives no Bids or does not meet it's
Reserve and you have selected
to Re-list,
your record will be Re-listed ... Free of Charge.
If you selected Not to Re-list, Re-list
is available from the Closed Auctions feature,
however
a 10p charge will be levied should you use this feature.
Reserve Price
There is currently No charge for setting a Reserve price on a record.
Closing Fee
Providing your Auction has
received Bids which have met any Reserve placed upon it,
you will be charged a Closing Fee dependant upon the final sale price of your
record.
This will be calculated as a percentage of the total using a sliding scale to arrive at a
final value.

Worked Examples:
Record A is placed on Soulbid with a starting price of £200 and a reserve of £300,
it is set to re-list twice if it receives no bids or fails to meet the reserve. Soulbid fee is £0.10p
It receives 2 bids that fail to meet the reserve by the end of the auction.
The record is
re-listed automatically for a further 5 days. Soulbid fee is £0.00p
This time the record receives a bid of £355, the reserve is met. At the end of the auction,
buyers and sellers are notified. The record has been sold at £300 so falls into the
£150 - £349.99 Closing Bid range. 4.5% of £300
= £13.50 Total Soulbid fee is £13.60p
Record B is placed on Soulbid with a starting price of £3 with no reserve,
it is set to re-list twice if it receives no bids or fails to meet the reserve. Soulbid fee is £0.10p
It receives no bids by the end of the auction.
The record is re-listed automatically for a further 5 days. Soulbid fee is £0.00p
The re-listed record receives bids to £12. At the end of the auction, buyers and sellers are
notified. The record has been sold at £12 so falls into the
£0 - £29.99 Closing Bid range. 6% of £12
= £0.72p Total Soulbid fee is £0.82p
Record C is placed on Soulbid with a starting price of £1000 with no reserve. Soulbid fee is £0.10p
The record receives bids to £1200. At the end of the auction, buyers and sellers are notified.
The record has been sold at £1200 so falls into the
£1000 - £28000 Closing Bid range. 3% of £1200
= £36.00p Total Soulbid fee is £36.10p
